Student or fresh graduate with major Psychology or Human Resource Management
Can working full Work From Office at Monday to Friday at South Jakarta
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Description:

Assist in sourcing top talent by reviewing job applications, screening resumes and reaching out to potential candidates
Help manage job posting across various platforms and headhunt candidates through various network.
Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and provide a positive hiring experience
Participate in various HR Projects and intiatives to improve employee experience and HR Process
Learn how to design and implement programs that enhance the growth and development of our employees
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running
Help to develop content in learning management system
